What is FRP (Factory Reset Protection)?
Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is a built-in Android security feature introduced by Google from Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above. It protects your device and personal data from unauthorized access after a factory reset.
When FRP is enabled, you must enter the previously synced Google account after a reset. If forgotten, your device will be locked.
